How long does the commission take?
Commission takes from a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 3 months, depending on the commissioned work. You may request a refund once the project period has extended over 3 months (90 days).

What's the commission procedure?
You will be making your commission request through a survey sheet in which you'll provide details of the commission piece.

Fill out the commission sheet

Receive a confirmation email from the artist

Make payment as instructed in the email received (PayPal invoice)

Your commission work will start once the PayPal payment has been verified

I haven't gotten a confirmation email from you yet after submitting the survey?

I will be responding to all commission request forms, whether accepted or not. It could be that I did not receive your survey or my email didn't reach yours. I'll get back to you asap.

What's the refund policy?
You may not cancel the comission once the payment has been made. You may not request a refund during the project and after completion.
You may, however, ask for a refund once the commission duration has prolonged over 3 months (90days) since payment.
