Commission

Commissions involve icons, character illustrations, and character reference sheets. Please contact me through email for website banners, product designs, art for streams, and other projects.

Note that the artist may decline the commission if it violates the specified guideline or simply if the commission slot is no longer available.

Artwork Proposal 

The expected work period is a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 3 months depending on the type of art commissioned. Commissioned art may be used as examples on the artist's social media, thus contact the artist through email if you wish your commissioned art to be private.

Payment Terms and Agreement

Commission payment is accepted only through PayPal. The work will begin once the payment has been made and confirmed. Refund is unavailable once the payment is made and the commission has started. The PayPal invoice will be linked to the confirmation email.

Termination Agreement

If the commission takes longer than 3 months (90days) since the payment date, you are eligible to request a full refund. You may not, however, cancel a commission within the agreed 3 months duration.

Copyrights

The copyright of the commissioned art belongs to ttoba, the artist. Editing of the original work is not allowed, unless discussed and given permission. Personal uses are acceptable, such as blog and SNS icons, reuploads with artist credit, and personal merchandise for non-profit purposes. Any commercial use of commissioned art is prohibited, which involves producing merchandise for sales, reselling art for profit, and streaming. Artwork for streams incurs an extra cost and will have to be negotiated with the artist through email.
